Creating Sacred Sounds.
Everything in the universe vibrates at its own level or frequency.
It's the same with us as humans. Certain factors can alter people's frequencies, (i.e, noise pollution, day to day stress & anxiety). You can re-tune a person by sounding different notes or frequencies into the body. We are ca 75 - 80% water and sound travels really well through the body.
Think of how Whales & Dolphins communicate through water. By making clicks & deep haunting tones. They use sound. The water acts like a giant antennae to project them across miles of sea water.
We are very receptive to receiving sounds in a positive way so long as the sounds that are given are pure and are sent with a loving intention. Think of how we react positively to lovely music and how we react when we hear a loud distorted sounds. Sound healing is especially beneficial for people at this current time of change & ascension & it's a great way to balance emotions & help 're-tune' themselves.
What Can Sound Healing Treat?
It is great for Insomnia, stress/anxiety and depression. It helps with aches and pains, (muscular and joint pain), headaches/migraines, helps with asthma and allergies and IBS as well as helping sufferers of terminal and long term illnesses. It is excellent for balancing the chakras and clearing stuck energy & mental/emotional blocks. It can help alleviate lightbody ascension symptoms such as fatigue/confusion & irritability. It helps even if you are just feeling a little 'under the weather'. It's brilliant if you want to feel more alive and helps you regain the health of your Mind, Body, Spirit.
So how does it actually work?
The sounds are projected into the body using voice, gongs, singings bowls, drums as well as other instruments. The sounds work on many levels as they themselves are multi-faceted. Think of a beam of light. It is white when you look at it but when the beam is split by a prism or a crystal, you can see all the individual rainbow colours. The same is true of a single note. It has many different layers, or 'harmonics', some of which can't be heard by the human ear. (A few of these harmonics can be heard, however, when the notes are played in an acoustic chambour, e.g. a cave or a church.) So, most of the harmonics produced can't be heard but like the beam of light, they are really there, secretly hidden but beautiful & powerful. This means that the sounds have a very profound effect on the body. Each of the body's organs will respond to different tones, which is why during a session you will hear lots of different notes and different ways of singing them also.
